The Obowma Administration - Professional Cowards

This Administration, especially the Justice Department and the Department of Homeland Security is being led by cowards with no professional respect or integrity.

To confirm this, you need not look any further than Arizona.

Since Governor Jan Brewer announced that her state would try to enforce the laws the US government is supposed to enforce, this administration has begun a series of underhanded attacks designed to break the will of this sovereign state.

They have tried every underhanded, slimy tactic they can think of to break the governor and Sheriff Joe.  It started with the lawsuit to stop the law.

Then, the cowards didn't tell anyone when they added Arizona to the U.N's Human Rights Commission list of human rights violators.

She had to find that out from the internet.

Then there's Sheriff Joe. He has been working closely with the Justice Department concerning questions about him picking on the poor, hard-working hispanics.

He thought they had figured it all out....now...they serve him with a civil rights lawsuit.

The lawsuit calls Arpaio and his office's defiance "unprecedented," and said the federal government has been trying since March 2009 to get officials to comply with its probe of alleged discrimination, unconstitutional searches and seizures, and having English-only policies in his jails that discriminates against people with limited English skills.

Arpaio had been given until Aug. 17 to hand over documents it first asked for 15 months ago.
Arpaio's office had said it has fully cooperated in the jail inquiry but won't hand over additional documents into the examination of the alleged unconstitutional searches because federal authorities haven't said exactly what they were investigating.

It's the latest action against Arizona by the federal government, which earlier sued to stop the state's strict new immigration law that requires police officers to question people about their immigration status.
What is the deal with this so-called government?  Instead of doing its job, it's being run by petty, underhanded people who would rather spend our money on beating down the Governor of Arizona and the good Sheriff.

It goes on and on.

It's all politics.

They don't give a rat's ass about illegal aliens or crime running rampant in the state. It's all about saving face.

In the meantime, the good Governor is feeling the wear and tear of having to fight tooth and nail with her own government.

It's not fair and Obowma must stop this self-serving exercise in one-upmanship. He needs to man up to his responsibilities to this great state.

Obama's seriously pissed at Al Qaeda now

He's calling them racists:
In an interview earlier today with the South African Broadcasting Corporation to air in a few hours, President Obama disparaged al Qaeda and affiliated groups' willingness to kill Africans in a manner that White House aides say was an argument that the terrorist groups are racist.

Speaking about the Uganda bombings, the president said, "What you've seen in some of the statements that have been made by these terrorist organizations is that they do not regard African life as valuable in and of itself.  They see it as a potential place where you can carry out ideological battles that kill innocents without regard to long-term consequences for their short-term tactical gains."

Earlier today a senior administration official said the Obama administration believes that Al Shabaab carried out the attack.

Explaining the president's comment, an administration official said Mr. Obama "references the fact that both U.S. intelligence and past al Qaeda actions make clear that al Qaeda -- and the groups like al Shabaab that they inspire -- do not value African life. The actions of al Qaeda and the groups that it has inspired show a willingness to sacrifice innocent African life to reach their targets."

This can be seen, the official said, in the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, when hundreds of Africans were killed and thousands wounded.

"Additionally, U.S. intelligence has indicated that al Qaeda leadership specifically targets and recruits black Africans to become suicide bombers because they believe that poor economic and social conditions make them more susceptible to recruitment than Arabs," the official said. "Al Qaeda recruits have said that al Qaeda is racist against black members from West Africa because they are only used in lower level operations."

"In short," the official said, "al Qaeda is a racist organization that treats black Africans like cannon fodder and does not value human life."
We can call them racists... but we can't call them terrorists or Islamists... that's a problem.

Everyone Chill the Hell Out - I Got This!

He says this, but does nothing but blame BP....and Bush.

June 2 (Bloomberg) -- Vice President Joe Biden rejected criticism that the Obama administration hasn’t reacted forcefully or swiftly enough to the oil spill at a BP Plc well in the Gulf of Mexico.

“We were there the first day -- the first morning after that well had blown and that platform collapsed,” Biden said in an interview with Charlie Rose on PBS. Obama “mobilized everyone in the White House, in the West Wing, made it clear that every single asset of the federal government should be made available.”

Biden said that “from my perspective,” if the administration made any mistake, it was that “we haven’t communicated clearly enough.”

Obama has come under attack from critics, including some Democrats, who say the administration hasn’t responded adequately to the spill, which began after an April 20 explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon rig which London-based BP leased from Switzerland’s Transocean Ltd.

Obama’s ‘New Normal’ Is Unacceptable

As Unemployment Rises, White House Waves White Flag

On Creating Jobs While Pushing Job-Killing, European-Style Agenda

IT’S UNACCEPTABLE FOR WHITE HOUSE TO ALLOW HIGH JOBLESS RATE TO BE ‘NEW NORMAL’

Today, BLS Reported That Unemployment Rose To 9.9 Percent In The Month Of April, Up From 9.7 Percent. (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, http://www.bls.gov/, Accessed 5/7/10)

Obama’s National Economic Council Director Larry Summers “Predicts Perpetually High Unemployment.” “White House adviser Larry Summers on Friday predicted that past employment rates will not return after the recession passes. ‘The best way to put it is this: Forty years ago, one in 20 men [ages] 25 to 54, in America, was not working at a given point in time,’ he said. ‘Today, the number is not one in 20. It’s one in five. And a good guess, based on extrapolations of trends in this area, is that when the economy recovers, five years from now, assuming we return to normal cyclical conditions, one in six men who are 25 to 54 will not be working at any point in time.’” (Jay Heflin, “Summers Predicts Perpetually High Unemployment,” The Hill, 4/30/10)

Obama’s Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner Says Unemployment Will “Stay Unacceptably High For A Long Period Of Time.” (NBC’s “Today Show,” 4/1/10)

Obama’s Council Of Economic Advisers Chair Christina Romer Says Current Economic Growth “Not Enough To Get A Lot Of Job Growth.” “We still have some trouble with debt and credit availability. All of that makes it harder for us to grow … most of the forecasts are that we’ll grow about 3% real GDP … That’s not enough to get a lot of job growth.” (NBC’s “Meet The Press,” 4/4/10)

And Obama’s Economic Recovery Board Chair Says That “Unemployment Will Be Too High For Far Too Long.” “Now a special adviser to President Barack Obama, Volcker added that Americans also need to be prepared for a ‘long slog’ before the economy begins to re-engage. ‘Unemployment will be too high for far too long,’ he said.” (Jo Mannies, “Volcker Predicts Economic Recovery Will Be ‘Long Slog,’” The St. Louis Beacon, 5/4/10)

AND IT’S UNACCEPTABLE FOR OBAMA, BIDEN TO PUSH JOB-KILLING POLICIES THAT MAKE AMERICA LOOK MORE LIKE EUROPE

Vice President Biden In Spain Today As Part Of His European Tour This Week. “On Friday, Biden is … heading to Spain, which currently holds the EU presidency, and will go directly into talks with King Juan Carlos.” (“Biden Heads To Europe Warning Of ‘Pernicious’ New Threats,” AFP, 5/5/10)

Dems: Screw bipartisanship, full steam ahead on Obamacare hara-kiri

From Michelle Malkin

They’re all in — and they’ve convinced themselves that you do not care about the process. They’ve learned nothing from the Tea Party protests, the town hall revolts, or the Massachusetts election. The White House/Democrat message: Screw you!

Congress calls Toyota on the Carpet - Blatant Conflict of Interest

Am I the only one that's completely dumfounded at the total abuse of power and conflict of interest going on right now in Congress?

They're having hearings...publicly shameing the owners and CEO of Toyota for safety problems with their products.

Isn't it true that the government owns GMC and Chrysler?

Isn't Toyota the biggest car producer in the world right now?

It's like Microsoft calling Apple on the carpet for selling crappy computers...what gives them the right to do this?

UNFREEKINGBELIEVABLE!

Traditionally, recall cases are handled by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. At least the others have been over the years. According to a story in the Wall Street Journal toady, the Toyota case was led by Obama transportation secretary Ray LaHood.

And...this just in from the Wall Street journal:

FBI Raids Offices of Three Suppliers of Toyota Parts

I don't subscribe so I can't read the rest.

WTF is going on?

This whole thing stinks. Toyota is responsible for fixing the problems and they will. They don't need the CEOs of competing businesses (congress) attempting to destroy them.

How many jobs will will be lost at Toyota plants accross the U.S. because of this power grab?

Two Half-Black Princes Address the Nation

Well, the world stopped, and the networks "interrupted their normal programming" to show Tiger groveling for forgiveness from the world.

Tiger, the world does not need, nor does it deserve, an apology. You acted like a horn dog, sowing your wild oats everywhere, and since that's the case, you probably shouldn't have married anyone before getting that out of your system.

She's the only one that needs the apology. Whether or not she shows some class in this whole thing is up to her.

The golfing world needs you back. It's a wasteland without you.

Meanwhile, not to be outdone, the Intern-in-Chief addressed a Town Hall meeting in Las Vegas. The people there are not too enthusiatic about his arrival, considering the insults he's thrown there way more than once.

President Barack Obama salutes during his arrival at McCarran ...Obowma used this time to announce even more reckless spending in the form of  $1.5 billion for housing. This in a city with the worst foreclosure crisis in the nation.

The money comes from us, of course, disguised as part of the $700 billion financial industry bailout program, according to a "senior administration official" who spoke anonymously (called an authorized leak to the press).

You still won't be able to get a loan for a home however, unless you jump through miles of tape and obstacles. The mortgage companies and brokers that got us into this mess will be pocketing the cash.

Joe Biden update: Iraq one of Obama's 'great achievements'

Who knew?

Thank goodness, Vice President Joe Biden went on CNN to chat with Larry King Wednesday night. So many think things are not going so well for the Democrat administration, as The Ticket chronicled here.

Many Americans recall the ex-Sen. Biden's Democratic primary plans to give in to Iraq's fractious factions and carve the country into three territories. And even more probably recall Biden's boss' plan to halt the Iraq war years ago. As long as it got started anyway without the permission of the then state senator.

Plus, of course, Obama's vehement opposition to the 2007 American troop surge of you-know-who from Texas that Obama knew for certain was only going to worsen sectarian strife there.

Well, of course, it didn't turn out that way, thanks in large measure to the brave service of hundreds of thousands of U.S. troops who served in that war-torn land and helped peace to break out despite the loud political acrimony back home over their role.

Now, the Obama-Biden pair that opposed the Iraq war and its tactics and predicted their failure is prepared to accept credit for its success.

It seems that Biden, who's from Delaware when he's in Delaware and Pennsylvania when in Pennsylvania, is certain now that Iraq will turn out to be one of the Obama-Biden administration's greatest achievements.

No, really.

Unprecedented dithering

Posted by Rick
Published: February 8, 2010 - 11:51 AM

The man is a hall of fame ditherer:

The Obama administration has come under strong criticism from Republican lawmakers and some residents and business owners in lower Manhattan for a decision by the Justice Department to try confessed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other suspects in civilian court.

Asked on Sunday in an interview with CBS News whether the administration still planned to hold the trial in New York City, Obama said, "I have not ruled it out."

"But I think it's important for us to take into account the practical, logistical issues involved," he added.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg originally said he supported the plan, but when costs for security reached an estimated $1billion, he said holding the trials elsewhere -- like a military base -- would make more sense. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said he was never briefed by the Justice Department about its plans to stage the trials in lower Manhattan.

"If you've got a city that is saying 'no' and a police department that's saying 'no' and a mayor that's saying 'no,' that makes it difficult," President Obama said.

Oh... poor, poor Mr. President... governing is so hard... sigh... so hard...

And we have idiots saying that Palin is the incompetent one?

Good grief.
